This candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or another related discipline, and a minimum of 5 years solid generalist experience or the equivalent knowledge and experience is required. This role requires knowledge of California labor laws, and experience in providing HR expertise in retail, and hospitality environments. Demonstrated ability in the areas of problem solving and using sound judgment, along with strong verbal and written communication skills and solid computer skills are required. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, be a strong team player, have the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization, demonstrate a strong sense of urgency and be results-oriented.
