Applicants must have a minimum 3-5 years as Lead Line Cook, Kitchen Supervisor or Sous Chef in a full service dining room. A culinary degree would help, but is not necessary. Must be open to working with organic, free-range and eco-friendly ingredients on a non-traditional menu. No pan-throwers or screamers - must play well with others!
Must have a do whatever it takes attitude. Experience required with food production, recipe adherence and portion control, plus ability to be a great line cook. Previous supervisory experience is a plus.
