A Stone Distributing KAM must strategically build relationships with key buyers and supplier partners in order to grow brands across the SDC and Stone footprint.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Other duties may be assigned.
· Develops strategic partnerships
· Schedules, prepares for, and conducts regular meetings with buyers for business reviews and new item presentations
· Develops plan for promotional planning and merchandising
· Communicate with buyers weekly on new items and market support
· Work with Stone Brewing National Account team on Stone regional goals and go to market strategy
· Partner with suppliers to strategize chains accounts and opportunities
· Provide direction for growth within each individual supplier portfolio
· Collaborate and provide feedback on buyer presentations
· Develop strategy to obtain new item authorizations
· Work closely to align chain priorities with supplier partners
· Manages chain business and tracks goal performance
· Utilize sales tools (Nielsen, VIP, Eostar) to execute sales plan
· Analyze market data and provide feedback and support to distributors
· Prepare presentations for buyers and distributors
· Forecast upcoming new items and releases
· Provide feedback for new items and packages that correlate to chain growth
· Manage communication and timelines for the chain buyers and all distributor partners
· Work closely with Sales Operation Specialist team on chain deadlines, new item set up, pricing, distribution, and promotions
· Collaborates with suppliers & buyers on club program logistics and inventory management
· Must be organized to communicate with multiple outlets of the business- buyers, suppliers, and the internal organization
· Communicate authorization lists, new items, programming with advanced notice
· Ability to plan chain meetings, brewery visits, and customer event support
