We are looking for those that are serious about building a career in the restaurant industry and are strong team players with a "do whatever it takes" attitude.
You will be responsible for the preparation of a variety of food products including meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, sauces, stocks, breads, and other food products using a variety of equipment and utensils.
Ideally, you will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in kitchen preparation and cooking in a high volume environment. Must be open to working with organic, free-range, and eco-friendly ingredients on a non-traditional menu.
