We are looking for a part-time, on-call event CAPTAIN to assist with events. You must be able to provide friendly and responsive service to create an exceptional experience for all of our guests. Must be energetic, have a positive attitude, and ensure our guests feel comfortable and that you are there to provide them with personal attention. Must be willing to assist as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of all events as directed by the Events management staff.
Must have a minimum of 2 years of previous hospitality/service experience and a minimum of 2 years of previous experience with catering/event service in a high-volume environment, possess superior customer service skills, be able to communicate clearly, have the ability to work flexible hours, and have cash handling experience. Aloha experience is a plus. You must be 21 years of age and possess a current San Diego County Food Handler's card. Must be available to work weekends.
