Human Resources Representative

We are looking for an HR Representative to provide daily support primarily to the Hospitality team but also as needed within other assigned customer group(s) in one or more functional areas including, but not limited to, recruitment and employment, compensation, benefits administration, employee relations, organizational development, training and special projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

  • Provide support to managers and team members on policies, programs and processes, including compensation, performance management, training & development, and employee retention strategies.
  • Establish credibility and trust among all levels of the organization and serve as a go-to HR resource for the team.
  • Responsible for HRIS data entry 
  • Working in collaboration with the HR Manager and team, accurately diagnose organizational issues, develop solutions, and implement action plans.
  • Partner with the management teams to source and staff a diverse and highly-skilled workforce and ensure a positive onboarding experience.
  • Assess employee engagement and develop action plans to ensure a positive, engaging, and supportive workplace.
  • Participate in employee investigations as required and ensure appropriate outcomes and follow-up.
  • Support client groups of more than 300 employees across multiple locations.

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferably with a Human Resources or related focus.   
  • Experience: 3+ years relevant HR experience
  • Experience in the food and beverage or restaurant environment highly preferred
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, and Paylocity a plus.
  • Language Skills: Must be able to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and written.
  • Travel Requirements: occasional travel required to other Stone building locations
