This individual is a dynamic leader with the ability to connect consumer, category and customer strategies and develop them into best in class commercial initiatives that deliver against Stone Brewing business objectives. This individual will work cross-functionally with marketing, sales and finance to develop and execute commercial strategies for all Stone Brewing beers. This person plays an integral role in new beer development, leading cross-functional teams in managing through the stages of innovation to deliver new beers effectively into the marketplace. The Commercialization Manager is also the point person for managing the successful in-market commercialization of these beers – from coordinating communication of the opportunity to Field Sales and our Distributor partners, to making certain that all support materials and assets for new beer launches (ex: sales materials, POS materials) are tracking for on-time delivery in order to maximize in-market results.
