Stone Brewing World Bistro & Gardens
We are looking for someone to help with delivering food to our guests in our Bistro.
Duties include preforming final quality check to ensure proper presentation of food, assuming 100% responsibility for quality of products served, understanding our standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, and policies and procedures. Also, stocking and maintaining sufficient levels of plates and trays at expeditor station to assure a smooth service period, maintaining a clean and sanitary work station area including tables, shelves, and trays. And, follows proper plate presentation and garnish set-up for all dishes.
Restaurant experience preferred, must have current San Diego County Food Handler’s Card and must be 19 years of age.
