Love Craft Beer? Stone Brewing, one of the largest and most awarded Craft Breweries, is seeking a hungry, humble and energetic Vice President of Digital & Loyalty to join our team. You will be part of a nimble and fast-moving organization whose mission is to be the Global Standard Bearer for Independent Craft Beer. Stone is a Global Organization: Two breweries in the US, one in Germany, distribution to 40+ countries, and more than 10 restaurants and taprooms across 3 continents (US, China, and Europe). Ranked in the top 10 in terms of production, and top 5 in terms of revenue among Craft Breweries, Stone Brewing is an industry leader.

This position will lead the development and delivery of Stone’s global digital presence and drive purchasing behavior through the use of all available digital and direct to consumer channels, including emerging platforms and technologies. With a strong focus on the key business metrics including revenue, profit, demand, traffic, site conversion, retention and engagement, this role will lead the growth of the digital and direct to consumer business to deliver a growing profit stream. This position will also focus on expanding Stone’s digital presence and integrating its consumer touch points to create a strong brand experience for its fans.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead the digital marketing strategy to increase traffic and engagement with consumers, build a program that enables consumers to become passionate brand advocates, while also driving cross-category purchases
  • Own the P&L for all eCommerce and digital Direct-to Consumer channels
  • Dramatically accelerate eCommerce sales, including programs with established and new etailers (pureplay and brick & mortar.com) and strategic partners
  • Create an online beer club for Stone fans and manage sales through company website to create a thriving sales channel and strong consumer experience
  • Develop and grow the on-demand app delivery channel
  • Lead paid social, email, SEM, SEO, affiliate marketing, display, retargeting, AMG, AMS and other digital and offline channels marketing channels to drive eCommerce growth
  • Collaborate closely with Stone Marketing to ensure a seamless consumer experience across channels
  • Create best in class loyalty program for Stone fans
  • Lead the thinking for mobile platform development: website content eCommerce, partnership and community development, consumer research, marketing, and website technology
  • Grow and upgrade organizational capability in the digital arena and seamlessly integrate digital marketing into each marketing program
  • Leverage the use of marketing analytics to provide insights and make recommendations to reach the consumer in new ways to improve marketing ROI recommendations and overall strategies
  • Actively partner and collaborate with cross-functional partners
  • Lead account management and business development for the pureplay and brick & mortar.com eCommerce channel for customers such as: Amazon Boxed.com, Jet.com, Walmart.com, Kroger.com and others
  • Manage digital marketing across pureplay and brick & mortar.com accounts

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing (MBA desirable)
  • 12+ years of marketing experience with at least 8-10 years digital experience with integrated media and marketing platforms that include experience in social, digital, and traditional marketing. Prior P&L & channel management responsibility
  • Strong relationship builder both within the organization and with external partners
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and change. Must be able to work in a fast pace environment
  • Prior experience leading and developing a team of professionals, as well as working across indirect reports and across functional partners
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Travel Requirements: occasional travel required to other Stone building locations
