The Export Sales Manager will develop, guide and maintain strong account-specific business relationships with our International Distributor Partners. They will produce proactive action plans that increase brand awareness, expand placement opportunities per market and increase export distribution. This position works closely with distributor personnel to prepare and execute strategies for increased distribution, sales and growth in these accounts.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage revenue and growth targets, profitability and building brewery partnership, brand image and market development.

  • Work collaboratively in the planning, development evaluation and implementation of strategic initiatives for the Export business.

  • Execute account strategies, goals and business plans in accordance with overall Annual Business Plans.

  • Monitor and Maintain budgets for International Markets.

  • Oversee ordering portal and order planning for Export Distributors.

  • Manage the Beer Allocation process per Distributor.

  • Work closely with the Sales Management Team on International pricing strategies.

  • Conduct regular meetings with Distributors focused on customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

  • Effective Communication with Distributor Representatives to maximize selling opportunities within the markets and provide marketing support strategies.

  • Ensure consistency with all marketing and sales activities as well as consistency with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university
  • Three years of related Key Accounts sales growth experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to interact effectively.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving, negotiating, and people management skills.
  • Some travel is required.
  • Experienced in sales data collection and analysis and previous retail experience
  • Excellent Presentation & Communication Skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and AX.
