We are looking for some amazing customer service minded Team Members to meet and greet all guests entering and exiting the Bistro while providing friendly, responsive, amazing customer service, and creating an exceptional Stone experience for all guests. Manage the efficient and timely seating of our guests to a table that best serves their wishes. Take reservations.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Warmly and graciously greet all guests upon arrival
  • When immediate seating is limited, record guest names and number of people in party.
  • Announce name and number of party when tables become available.
  • Provide guests with estimated waiting time.
  • Accommodate special seating requests for guests whenever possible.
  • Proficiently operate Open Table and take reservations.
  • Seat guests based on preferences and balancing of customer flow in service stations.
  • Upon seating, offer guests a food and draft menu and inform them of their server’s name. Inspect table for proper presentation and completeness. 
  • Inform guests of all specials as well as upcoming events, tours, etc.
  • Relay messages to servers and bus persons as needed.
  • Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return.
  • Adhere to uniform policy
  • Other duties, responsibilities and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice.

Must have at least  1 year of customer service experience and knowledge of a POS system a plus. Oh...you must be at least 21 years of age and a REAL Stone fan!

You would be required to work a flexible schedule.
